This course provides guidelines to students to learn the more advanced aspects in managing projects to initiate, plan, and close the projects successfully. Through instruction, case studies, and interactive discussions with peers, students identify and develop the project and managing project scope, available resources, and potential risks, which in turn improve success rates.
