This course provides students with an opportunity to develop the necessary knowledge and skills in the areas of inter-personal, team-building, communication, mentoring, counseling, decision-making and problem solving, conflict management and negotiation; emphasis will be placed on managing different groups of people in the work force and cross-functional teams with a focus on practical applications.
